Privacy policy.
Last updated: 27 September 2026
This policy explains how Anjora Talent collects, uses and protects personal data when you use this website or our recruitment services. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.
1. Who we are
Anjora Talent is a brand of Anjora Partners LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its office at 619, JMD Megapolis, Sector-48, Gurgaon, Haryana 122018, India ("Anjora", "we", "us"). For this policy, Anjora is the data fiduciary for the personal data described below.
2. Whose data this covers
- Candidates: professionals who apply to us, join our talent network, or whom we approach about roles.
- Clients and prospects: people who contact us about hiring, and the contacts we work with at client organisations.
- Website visitors.
3. What we collect
- Identity and contact details: name, email, phone number, city.
- Professional details: CV, current and past roles, qualifications, skills and systems, experience, current and expected compensation, notice period and job preferences.
- Assessment and interview information: work-sample results, interview notes and, where you agree to record one, a short intro video.
- Client enquiry details: your name, company, work contact details and hiring requirements.
- Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
4. How we collect it
- Directly from you, when you submit a form, send us your CV, book a call, or speak to us.
- From publicly available professional sources, such as professional networking sites and job boards, where you have made your profile available for career opportunities.
- From referrals, and from clients who share candidate details with us for a role.
- From our assessment platforms, when you complete a work sample.
5. Why we use it
- To match candidates with suitable roles, now and in the future.
- To assess suitability for a role, including through work samples and interviews.
- To present shortlisted candidates to clients, with the candidate's agreement.
- To respond to hiring enquiries and deliver our services to clients.
- To keep in touch about relevant opportunities, market information and our services.
- To run, secure and improve this website.
- To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
6. Consent
By submitting a form on this website, sending us your CV or otherwise sharing your details with us, you consent to us processing your personal data for the purposes in this policy, including keeping your profile in our talent database to consider you for future roles. Where we first find your profile through a public professional source, we tell you who we are when we first contact you, and we keep your details only if you agree to hear about opportunities. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@anjoratalent.com. Withdrawal doesn't affect processing that took place before it.
7. Who we share it with
- Prospective employers: only after we have discussed a specific role with you and you have agreed to be put forward.
- Service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, email, scheduling, assessment and AI-assisted screening tools, under confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We never sell personal data.
8. AI and automated tools
We use AI-assisted tools to map talent markets and help screen profiles against a role. These tools support our recruiters. They don't make hiring decisions. A person reviews every profile before it goes further, and every shortlist is prepared by our team.
9. How long we keep it
We keep candidate profiles in our talent database so that we can consider you for future roles, for as long as the profile remains useful for that purpose or until you withdraw consent. We review the database regularly, at least every two years, and delete or anonymise profiles that are no longer needed or where we have lost contact. Client enquiry and contract records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required by law.
10. How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards, including access controls, secure storage and confidentiality obligations on our team and service providers, to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected people and the authorities as the law requires.
11. Where it is stored
Our service providers may store data on servers outside India. Where they do, we take steps to ensure your data remains protected and transfers comply with Indian law.
12. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it, or withdraw your consent;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to; and
- raise a grievance with us about how we handle your data.
To use these rights, write to privacy@anjoratalent.com. We respond within the timelines set by applicable law.
13. Cookies and analytics
This website uses a small number of cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use it and to improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
14. Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
